1. Log in to your DOTDriverFiles account.
2. You will be at the Dashboard screen.

3. To the right, you will see “Driver’s Application for Employment”.
4. Click the button “Send Form To”.

5. You will see the option to send the digital application by email, text message, or both.
6. Enter the driver’s email address, cell phone number, or both.
7. The form can be copied and sent via your messenger of choice.
