# New Applicants

- Explanation: This category includes all applicants who have recently applied and are awaiting initial review.
- Instructions:
  1. Log in to the[DOTDriverFiles app](https://app.dotdriverfiles.com/login).
  2. From the Dashboard, click on “Drivers” in the left navigation bar.
  3. Select “New Applicants”.

1. Click on the name of the applicant you wish to review.

1. Review the application details, including the applicant’s personal information, work history, and any attached documents.
2. Decide whether to move the applicant to “Pending Drivers” for further evaluation or to reject the application.

1. To move an applicant to “Pending Drivers”, click “Move to Pending” and follow the prompts.
2. To reject an application, click “Reject Application” and provide a reason for the rejection.
