• How to Add a New User Account:
  1. Log in to the DOTDriverFiles app.
  2. From the Dashboard, go to the bottom of the left navigation bar and click on “Users”.
  3. Click on “Users List”.

4. You have two options:
   • Option 1: Select an existing user by clicking on their name to review or adjust access rights.

• Option 2: Click the top right button “+ Invite Users” to create a new user profile.

5. Enter the email and role for software access.

6. Select all permissions below that the user needs access to.
7. Click “Submit”. It will email login instructions to the new user.
