  1. Log in to the DOTDriverFiles app.
  2. From the Dashboard, click on “Bulk Import” in the left navigation bar.

3. Click on the blue hyperlinked text “bulk upload template file” to download the driver template.

4. Save the file, titled “drivers-import-template.xlsx,” to your device and open it with your spreadsheet software.
5. The template includes fields: “First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix, Business Name, Employer Identification Number, Federal Tax Classification, Date of Birth, SSN, Main Phone Number, Alt Phone Number, Email, Address, City, State, Country, Postal Code.”
6. Populate the template with the driver information from your previous management system.
7. Save the updated document.
8. Return to the Bulk Import page, click “Choose File,” select your updated template file, and upload it to the software.

6. Populate the template with the asset information.
7. Save the updated document.
8. Return to the Bulk Upload page, click “Choose File,” select your updated template file, and upload it to the software.
9. Click “Import File” to bulk upload all assets in one click.
