• How to Complete a Direct Deposit Form:
  1. Log in to the DOTDriverFiles app.
  2. From the Dashboard, click on “Drivers” in the left navigation bar.
  3. Select the driver for whom you need to complete the Direct Deposit form.
  4. Click on the “Qualification Checklist” tab in the top navigation bar.
  5. In the Qualification Checklist, find the “Direct Deposit Form” section and click “Complete Now.”

6. Click “Send Form” to email the Direct Deposit form to the driver.

7. The driver will complete the form with their banking details and digitally sign it, verifying their identity using their cell phone.

8. Once the form is signed and verified, the system will automatically check off the section with a green checkmark.
