- Explanation: This category includes all applicants who have recently applied and are awaiting initial review.
- Instructions:
- Log in to the DOTDriverFiles app.
- From the Dashboard, click on “Drivers” in the left navigation bar.
- Select “New Applicants”.
- Click on the name of the applicant you wish to review.
- Review the application details, including the applicant’s personal information, work history, and any attached documents.
- Decide whether to move the applicant to “Pending Drivers” for further evaluation or to reject the application.
- To move an applicant to “Pending Drivers”, click “Move to Pending” and follow the prompts.
- To reject an application, click “Reject Application” and provide a reason for the rejection.
