- From the Dashboard, click on “Drivers” in the left navigation bar.
- Select “Pending Drivers”.
- Click on the name of the pending driver you wish to reject.
- Click “Do Not Hire”.
- Complete the rejection page with relevant details for the reasoning.
- Confirm the rejection. The driver applicant will be moved to the “Rejected Applicants” category.
- Accessing Rejected Applicants:
- Log in to the DOTDriverFiles app.
- From the Dashboard, click on “Drivers” in the left navigation bar.
- Select “Rejected Applicants”.
- Click on the name of the applicant to view their profile and see the reason for rejection.
- If necessary, communicate with the applicant to provide feedback on their application and explain the reasons for rejection.
